I get that, but I also think this is a seriously hidden gem that more of us resellers should be aware of. It’s like the yin to your yang, the peanut butter to your jelly. It’s really, that good. Why am I so excited about this you may be asking yourself. I’ll tell you why. Because since downloading this app, I’ve been able to sell through more “unsellable” products in my store in way less time. The app JustAnswer is super user-friendly. It doesn’t lag and it allows you to find exactly who you need on the other end. In short, we’ve mainly been searching for antique appraisers. Since we’re not well-versed in this particular category, it’s been a life-saver to find out what certain antiques and vintage items are. Not only will the app direct you to the most qualified person to answer, but you can then converse with them about what it is that you need to know. Typically, we’ll ask for a handful of keywords to describe the item, (which we then plug into the title), and if there’s any cool facts associated with it! Sometimes if there is too much info to squeeze in the title, we’ll insert the rest into the description for our buyers to read. We ask for two things usually, the keywords previously mentioned, and a good price range to sell it for online. This is super helpful and has proved correct thus far in using the app. We shoot for the higher end and allow offers to roll in. After you’re satisfied with the conversation and no further questions need to be answered, you simply rate the person on the other end and go about your day! It’s really that easy.
