Meet Me And My Several VA’s
Hello and welcome back my reselling friends! Thank you for returning to read my next post, all about how I came to having not only one virtual assistant, but actually FIVE! Phew. *Wipes sweat from brow.*
Yes, you read that right. Five. Even I was surprised by that number while tallying up my VA’s this morning. It’s kind of weird actually, you’re like all on your own out in the open waters for however long you may be, and then BAM! Five assistants all up in your business, quite literally.
Let me tell you though, I am absolutely loving it. Every minute of it…so far at least.

How Did I Get Here?
How exactly did I get to having so many you may be wondering? Well, sometimes one person just can’t do it all, and as you’ve been reading in my latest posts, I’ve been explaining just how. We all come to the point in the road, where we need to decide to either jump ship, or plow ahead and scale. I obviously want to scale my business as much as possible, so that was the option that I went with.
Reselling isn’t for everyone though, and sometimes you have to make that decision for yourself. I encourage everyone to give it a darn hard honest effort though! It has truly been a rewarding and freeing journey for me and I only hope that you all can do the same.
So, since I wanted to dive in further with my business, I knew I was going to have to hire out some help. Although I surely try to be, I’m just not an expert in everything…yet. Perhaps someday! But, for now, hiring out the experts was exactly what I needed to do. After becoming rather overwhelmed over the last many months, it was becoming necessary if I truly wanted to grow my business.
Why Not Just One?
Why so many? What’s with the number five? Well, nothing in particular, really. That’s just how many I had when I came to the conclusion that I’d hired out enough tasks to allow myself the time back to complete the more important ones.
I had thought about having just one to manage all of the tasks, but that simply wasn’t an option. I wanted to hire out experts in every part of my business that I needed help in, and each person is just excellent in that particular thing they do. It’s been really great to pride myself on being a one-woman run business thus far, but it was time for a change.
Finding Virtual Help
Finding help is easy, but as well all know, finding GOOD help, is much harder. Of course, when you’re working with family members or close friends, they’ll most likely support you and be happy to help. Here, I will explain how I found a my VA’s (virtual assistants), and why I chose to go with them.
Deciding on a VA is tough. There are literally SO many services out there, and it can be a little overwhelming when deciding which one to choose. I started out with a couple individuals on Fiverr. I had a few services in mind that I wanted to outsource that were all a little different, which is why I went there first.
What Does Your VA’s Do?
My several virtual assistants do a multitude of tasks.
Let me tell you about them below.
These tasks include two different categories:
Reselling:
- Ebay Lister to help me save oodles of time by not having to research and list 20 items per day. I will discuss this in particular in the next heading below.
- Poshmark Sharing Help, (From a REAL HUMAN, unlike the previous bot services that I unintentionally tried out). Read here in their Community Guidelines about why bot services are not recommended on the Poshmark app.
Pro Tip: Visit one or both of these sites to check out the endless options of virtual assistants to help you out in your business. I have used Fiverr so far, with no complaints, but have read that Upwork is just as great of an option. You can hire out individual tasks, or ongoing tasks, to an assistant of your choosing. They will communicate and receive payment from you from within the app, which keeps you both safe and secure.

Website:
- Outsourcing help for proper ad placement on my website.
- Outsourcing help to an actual website designer that helped me tweak little things and improve the quality and consistency throughout my pages.
- Revamping my Pinterest, and managing the platform, along with Tailwind. (This has been a HUGE time saver, and has boosted my organic growth exponentially).
Finding the Perfect Ebay Lister
You can read here all about how I found the PERFECT virtual assistant company to help me with eBay listing. It has been a real life saver. Listing quite literally takes me minutes now, whereas it used to take me hours. Can I get a hooray for more sourcing time?!
Seriously though, I am overwhelmingly excited that I started using this service. You should definitely give them a look see. What’re you waiting for? Get your life back sis.

Summary
Okay, so it’s true that every single business out there doesn’t need five virtual assistants, I get that. However, I just wanted to enlighten everyone on the benefits that having at least one can really provide you with. Every task takes time, but not every task needs to take your time.
Start outsourcing the little things that anyone can do, and start making more time for the big things that only YOU can do. This is YOUR business, and you need to decide what the best option is for you if scaling and maintaining growth is in your future. Go get em tiger.
Thank You!
