Rooted Drawers - A Passion for Reselling
Welcome to Rooted in Reselling. As a small reseller, entrepreneur and business owner of nearly 7 years, I’m hopeful you can relate and gain a little more perspective on where I started and where I am now, as well as how myself and the Rooted Drawers Team hope to help you in your journey online.
Almost 7 years ago I decided to start a reselling business. It came purely out of a desire to find a way to make an income from home, since one day I hope to have children and would love the chance to stay home with them as they grow.
At the time, I never envisioned myself being a blogger, having a team, or coaching anyone on how to grow their business online. I just got started, learned the basics, and sold my first dress on Poshmark.
Any other platform seemed incredibly daunting to me then, so I hesitated whenever I thought about cross-listing. Now that I have a much fuller understanding of how reselling works and the best ways to go about it, I’m not really sure what the hold up was.
Over the years I developed a better business mindset, grew from others guidance and learned how to balance my work and personal life much better than I ever had before. I’m extremely grateful for every single experience within the last 7 years, good, bad, and in between. Without those, I couldn’t have continued learning and growing into the person I am today.

Rooted in Reselling is designed specifically for the entrepreneur that needs a push, the reseller that looks for extra tips and tricks, and the badass business owner that is within us all. My hope is to be able to tip you over into that little bit of extra you know is lurking inside you, to start working on your dreams, whatever they may be. If I can manage just one step for you in the right direction, then my goals have been met.
Being my own boss has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I’ve learned so much about myself and the people around me. I have conquered tasks I thought were impossible or unbearable. Tasks that I never thought anything about before venturing into this career path. And yes, my friends, reselling most certainly is and has become my full-time career, and I am 100% sure that you can do the same. With a passion for reselling, you can too.
