Hey friends! We’ve used a lot of different tools since 2017 when getting our start in the reselling realm. Tools online, tools in person, and apps of all kinds. We’ve since learned how to do image searching and find comps (sold comparisons), and have had a great experience with *most* of these along the way! During the month of October we’re going to dive a little further into the best (and worst!) reseller resources that we’ve come across in our time selling. Let’s start today with the best apps for your online reselling business. Here we go!
The Absolute Best Apps for Your Online Reselling Business
Let’s first talk about the best apps for your online reselling business, shall we? In terms of online help, we’ve went back and forth a dozen times trying to find out if a cross-listing service was the best for us to grow on more than one platform. There’s been plenty that we’ve tried out over the years, (a quick Google search will show you the top ones!), but our favorite these days has to be Flyp.
The best part about Flyp is that it’s completely free!! Yes, really. It’s crazy to think about since basically every other software for crosslisting charges at least something. 100% free and capable of multiple actions! Let’s talk about them!
Flyp not only can crosslist your products for free to *currently* 5 different platforms, but have two more coming soon!
Current platforms that are available for crosslisting:
- eBay
- Poshmark
- Mercari
- Etsy
Platforms that are coming soon:
- Depop
- Shopify
One of my favorite things we’ve tried though since signing up for Flyp, has to be their Sharer option. Attention fellow Poshmark sellers! We all know how monotonous and time-sucking sharing our closest can be. Although Poshmark has since added a handful of new features that help with this task, we’re still finding that Flyp’s Sharer option proves to be the best in keeping things active in our closet.

Here are the multiple tasks that the Sharer can help you accomplish!
- Share
- Auto-Offers
- Bulk Offers
- Follow
- Community Share
- Connection
- Activity Log
It’s basically a no-brainer to add to your new list of to-do’s after signing up for Flyp!
Another brief thing to touch on that Flyp offers is Analytics and Orders tracking. As resellers, this is something that can get lost in the middle of all of the other hats we have to wear, so it’s been a huge help in keeping things organized! Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed, and you wallet will be happy, too!
The best part of all is that it’s fun to share to your reseller friends! Each time you decide to share it you’ll gain a $10 Amazon gift card, as well as your reseller friends gaining access to a new, free and fulfilling app!

The Apps that Can Help Boost Your ebay Sales
If you were around to read our last post, you’ll know that we are currently loving JustAnswer. However, it’s just one of many apps that have been super helpful to gaining more growth over our time as resellers on eBay, as well as other platforms! Let’s talk about some of those.
Surely by now you’ve heard of Canva, as it’s one of the most popular designing tools available! With this simple, easy-to-use design tool, you can now create beautiful templates and posts that look professional in just a few minutes!
We’ve used it to design quick signs to go up in our Poshmark store when we decide to put certain items on sale due to the season or upcoming holiday, and we’ve also even used it to create branded invoices! The options are endless when you navigate through this user-friendly platform.
If you want to gain even more access to the starred items, you have the option to upgrade to their Pro Version. We’ve seen great success however with keeping it cost-effective and using the free version! What will you create next?
The Best Apps For Communication For Your Small Business
Next we’re going to group a few apps together. Those would be Slack and Asana. If you have a small business with several team members, or are just going at it alone, these can help in multiple ways.
Slack is by far one of my favorite apps to use for chatting with your team members and keeping separate channels available for different conversations revolving around your business. However! Even as a solopreneur, this can be super helpful to keep running notes for yourself if you want to easily track and date things that you jot down along the way.
Just like Canva, there are different membership versions of Slack, although in most cases, you should be just fine using the free version! So, start with that if you’re ready to make conversations more seamless.
Asana is a project management software that allows your team to track each others progress and keep in contact about to-dos and deadlines. Check it out today if you’re lacking team communication and collaboration!

Revisiting Some Apps I’ve Mentioned in the Past
Lastly we’re going to visit a few apps that we’ve talked about in the past, and those are all coming from the great Google itself! As with many things online, there is some controversy around whether Google Workspace is the best or not the best for businesses. In our experience though, it’s proved very helpful in keeping things in line and organized with use of the many tools it has to offer.
Google Drive has helped immensely in storing and preserving the random notes, spreadsheets, documents and flow charts. It’s lended a hand in providing templates (just like Canva!) when needed and can be accessed basically anywhere, anytime.
It’s also where we store shared folders that pertain to our Coaching Clients, as well as folders that hold pictures, dimensions, and clients for our clean-outs!
As you may have figured, this Workspace has been a life saver especially on the go when we need to quickly access emails, documents, or our expense sheet after or during a business purchase! If you’ve been looking for an easily accessible catch-up, Google here has got your back peeps.
