Services That Create More Freedom in Your Business

Services That Help Me Build a Better Business Daily

7 Minute Read

Hello hello my fellow entrepreneurs!

*UPDATE 7/27/20* As of late, I have been reading some articles and noticing that a few of these companies may not have been fully truthful in providing human shares. I have since cancelled my service for those. Unfortunately, this was not to my knowledge, as I do NOT support the use of bots for your business. Please know that by using any of these services, that it should be by your own best judgement and for the best benefit of your own business. Thank you for reading and I wish you the best of luck in all that you do! Stay safe and healthy! -Shelby

Below I have put together a small list of my favorite services that I currently use. These together, have helped me to create a business that makes managing daily sales easier, quicker, and less stressful.

My most favorite part though, is the fact that by investing in these (especially the first 2 mentioned), I have allotted so much more freedom for myself to grow as a person and with my business. Keep reading to find out what they are and how you too, can gain your freedom you have worked so hard for!

Disclosure: This post contains affiliate links, which means I may receive a commission when you click a link and purchase something based on my recommendation. Please know that I only suggest these services as I have used them myself and find them extremely helpful!

Prettibone

This is a super helpful service to use if you are looking for ways to outsource your sharing on Poshmark. Other services are offered as well, but the sharing was what I needed most. Especially since I’ve gotten my butt in gear on staying fit. Check out here how I try to balance working from home with staying healthy and fit.

Nearing 1,500 listings, sharing takes a huge chunk of time out of my day. Because I wanted to spend more time listing and sourcing, I decided to make the investment and try it out. I’ve been using Prettibone for almost a year now and have had so much more time on my hands to do the tasks that I love most.

This subscription service is not only affordable, but they are real people sharing your items, not bots. That was comforting to me. (Note that this will require you to share your login information, so be sure you are willing to do so before moving forward with this service.)

Check out the link here to read more about how this fellow Posher got started! (Dani is the creator and she will personally email you! I thought this was very cool.)

ListPerfectly

I mean, really, the name says it all. It makes it perfectly easy to list anything on any platform. Period. By paying a small monthly fee, this subscription allows you to copy a listing to another platform in seconds. (Those seconds make up for a whole lot more free time when you add it up!) There is unlimited crossposting, to NINE different marketplaces. Holy bazooka.

This is especially helpful for businesses like mine, that operate on multiple platforms and were spending LOT of time copy and pasting. It makes the listing process such a breeze.

Grow your customer base, while also growing your income by signing up with ListPerfectly here.

Poshmark Sharer

This sharing service is similar to Prettibone, but it is slightly more costly. I have used this as well here and there when needed. They have multiple different services that you can choose from!

There are monthly packages that you can purchase, they even offer a “custom quote” option. I thought this was a nice touch, especially when you aren’t quite sure what you’re looking for at first.

Payment is pretty easy because it goes through your PayPal. So no need to fumble with entering credit card info! The package I like is somewhere in the middle, that gives me daily shares and target follows for my Poshmark closet. You can browse through what they have to offer by clicking here!

Tailwind

This is a superb subscription service that saves oodles of time spent on Pinterest. I only recently found out about this through another blogger, and am happy to share it as well so that more people can benefit from their incredibly helpful service!

I am happy to say that I have been a member now for a few months and things are going really great. It has saved me so much time by scheduling my pins in advance and making sure they are pinned at prime times as well.

Sign up with them for a FREE trial through this link! If you are seeing that this is really working for you, upgrading to their monthly subscription service starts at only $9.99/month. Not too shabby!

Snapseed

For basically all of my photo editing needs, I like to use Snapseed. I use a specific combination of filters that I’ve figured out work best for me, to maximize the white balance on my pics before uploading.

I so wish they had a bulk editing option, but unfortunately they do not just yet. However, even though I edit my pictures one by one, I find that the time it takes to do so is very much worth the way they look when I’m finished.

PLUS, Snapseed is currently a FREE app to use. This is highly beneficial for those of you still starting out and wanting to cut corners on unnecessary expenses. Find it on Google Play here.

PhotoGrid

This is not something I use every single day. However, when I find it hard to fit all of my pics into a listing, I find that this is the best way to go about it.

Since downloading this, there’s been some updates on the platforms that I use, which now allow more pictures to be added. In this case, I don’t find myself using it quite as much. I still like it though to use for side by side photos, or specific platforms that may have not been updated at this point.

If you find yourself using it more often however, you could consider upgrading to their premium subscription at only $3.99/month through this link.

Wunderlist

(Has since been updated to “To Do.”) Here’s the link to download on Google Play.

Wunderlist was and is something I use on a regular basis. It’s pretty much like a NotePad app on steroids. You can organize lists and to-dos with ease, and finding what you need is much quicker.

I use this mostly for a couple of charts I made for myself that I keep my Costs, Months for Listing, and Stores Purchased. I use these with a letter system to remember what I paid for items, what month I listed it, and where I bought it at. Then, I add that letter/number combo to my listing to easily refresh myself when selling an item.

Canva

I’ve only been using Canva for a short period of time now. I just discovered it recently and it helps a ton when making signs for my Posh closet or random little flyers I want to add to my Thank You cards.

They have endless options of fonts and pictures to use that are completely FREE! If you want to upgrade to the paid version, you will have even MORE options! Oh, the possibilities!

Try Canva PRO for 30 days totally FREE! That’s a lot of days.

Bonus!

(This is one I mentioned in my last post as well, 14 Little Products That Make Big Changes in Your Business.) However, I believe that it is worth mentioning once more because it is literally one of the best freebies out there. It is technically a service, but also a plethora of products, therefore I am referring to it again!

USPS FREE Shipping Supplies. The super nice thing about using mostly USPS to ship with, would have to be their FREE shipping supplies. Check out all of what they have to offer here. I use mostly a combination of their boxes and mailing bags, but they have stickers and other things to offer as well.

Thank You!
